Loving your description of the palpable shift into spring. I felt our shift across the threshold into Autumn this week too. A morning chill in the air and a desire to wear socks, sweaters and boots for the first time this year. I'm enjoying Autumn more than ever this year. It seems to align so much better with my internal energy, my being seems to breathe a sigh of relief at the invitation to turn inwards 🧡🍁🍂
That sounds so delicious! I went for a walk in the woods today and after being convinced spring was here, it was almost autumnal as there was such a chill in the air here too.
I’m so grateful to have you on the other side of the world, anchoring in a different season. I hope this doesn’t sound creepy, but I always make sure I hold you, and the other side of the world, in mind- you help me hold the opposites, the two parts of the whole, and I thank you so much for that!! 🙏
Autumn is usually my favourite season for the same reason - but this year I am feeling very attuned to the Spring energy - time to welcome in the new perhaps...
I am enjoying spring more than ever this year - listening to the birdsong more intently - and savouring the flowers and blossom - such a treat - it feels like a reward for having made it through another winter 💛
On my walk I noticed a Robin, bold as brass in a tree beside the footpath, waiting for me to notice it. It pulled me right into the present. I think the song is louder this year, like it was in 2020, calling to us to listen again!
And then I found willow blooming, which made me sooo happy!

Thanks Jo, that's lovely to hear, and I'm really enjoying the cross-hemisphere connections too 😊

Oh I hope for that for you Emma- spring energy, coming into the light.
Thank you - you too Jo - the universe seems to be supporting renewal in this little corner of the world at least 💛
A gorgeous read - really resonated. Please don’t stop writing!

I have never seen/noticed willow bloom - but now I am going to look out for it!
Me either- I actively looked last year and didn’t find it, but yesterday it found me. I’ve posted pictures in my ‘Notes’ section 😀
Beautiful 💛🌷🐦🌷💛
